In Orlando Fl we are 5 students that rented a home from a Real Estate Agency. We

non related people are allowed in the same house. They never told us this and we all 5 signed a lease. We are living here illegally, and were told the city could make us leave anytime, what can we do? Can we legally break the lease and get our money back since the realtor never told us this?

i have had almost the same situation, i had to get an lawyer, they will  hold information just to get you in there,like our house was full of lead,and we were not told, but they knew this, we found out when our baby got sick. all of your names are on the lease,they let all of you sign,they know the law .get a lawyer. next time ask alot of questions ,and be prepared for any crooks like that

Just go about your lives and not worry about it.  The only ones who might be in trouble are the owner and realtor.  You 5 have done nothing wrong.
