im a tenant in a home that foreclosed what should i do ?

im renting a room from a friend who lost her house in foreclosure. she stopped making payments on the home last year in march and was knowing she was gonna losse the house however she stillaccepted the monthly rent paymnet from me and it was up until this year in september that i found a paper informing us of the house going into foreclosure. she said not to worryshe was gonna stop the sale of the home but failed in october final jugdemenet she no longer owns the home she still collected rent until them from me...also she was offered a sumof money from keys for cash shhe is about to take it and screw us what do i do
