one can't buy home by help of site only. First you decide the location than budget & what you are looking for. is that a residential property or commercial and you are checking ready to move in or under construction   
there are few site from where can idea about rates and all but you need to confirm with a local broker also if you are looking in north india there are some good realtors like century21india, joneslanglasalle, indiaproperties, but if you are looking for builder property in north india
 century21india is a better choice. I will suggest you to do some research before making a decision.
