I am currently in school for human resource management and business administration, but would like to work in real estate on the side. Do I need to go through a college course, or what to get my liscense?

You can take a class offered by your college or one from a commercial company.  Check with your state department of licensing for particulars.  You could also ask right at your school.  And it is LICENSE.
