It's for Ocean front property in Arizona. 50,000 acres, undeveloped for $5,000. Should I take it? It's a great deal right? That's like ten bucks an acre for ocean front land!

Somebody is trying to take you for a ride. I wouldn't take it for any more than eight dollars an acre /and/ a boat.

Ummm, I'm not American, but I didn't think Arizona had an ocean border... perhaps I'm wrong.

I forget: would that be the Pedipalpian Ocean or the Arenaceous Ocean or is there another one? If you have a choice, stay away from the Pedipalpian. Scorpions don't make congenial house guests.
Other than that little caution, it's a good price. TM may have a point, though, about trying to get them to lower the price and throw in a boat.
***Your sense of humor is priceless, Vet. Just so you know, I had to look up pedipalpi and arenaceous (I wouldn't be surprised if you know them without said assistance).
