If I rent out all of my bedrooms individually do I have to leave household items

We currently rent out two of the three bedrooms in our home. We are considering moving to a bigger house and simply renting out the third bedroom. When we move out do we need to leave dishes and pots and pans and living room furniture. I assume we do since they currently use all of this stuff on a daily basis. My husband is arguing with me. What do you think? Can we leave them with nothing?
