Approximate lot is 196X560
 Approximately 2.2 acre(s)
 Lot size is between 2 and 5 acres

what do those measurements mean?  why are there 2 lots with different measurements?  and how can you have approximately 2.2 acres when one of the lots is 2-5 acres?  Enlighten me, please!
