I found a mobile home that is up for sale for taxes due, what is the Oklahoma process to buy? what kind of costs?

if it is the same as buying real estate, you pay the taxes and
if the lender does not show up, you get the MH.  The
owner may have up to 1 yr to pay you back; check with your
county treasurer.
