wind/hail 2%, hurricane 3%, all other 1%.... for $344 including alarm system.... is this a good insurance policy? should I add to some places or decrease in others, tell me what you think? thank you.

Usually wind/hail is the same thing as hurricane. 

That's DIRT CHEAP.  I'd wonder about a few things:

1.  Can you handle a $1,115 deductible per claim?
2.  Do you get any replacement cost on contents, or on the building?
3.  Do you need to schedule any special property?
4.  Is $115,000 enough to rebuild that home?  If it is, that would mean your house is about 600 square feet?  You have to figure $200 per square foot, cost to rebuild, approximately. 

I think either you have NO extra coverage, or a theft exclusion, or they're seriously lowballing the cost to rebuild.  Meaning, when claim time comes, you're going to be VERY unhappy.
