I just bought a home 3 months ago. I heard about something like a 15K grant for people that bought a vacant home. I am from Rochester, NY. Anybody know how I can get deeper into this?

Your city must be paying it.    Your loan officer should know, but I would guess the Housing Authority oversees it.
