We bought our house this past August from a guy that flipped it from the previous owners. Along with the improvements that he made he layed wood floors. Since we moved in, we have noticed spots in the house where the floors are not completely glued down and they cause a very annoying popping sound. And they are slowly growing in number.

My question is should I even bother calling the guy we bought the house from to come fix it or just do it myself?

Of course. But flippers are notorious for doing all work on the cheap. You might need a lawyer, but I suspect the contract was for "as-is."
