hello everyone,

I am really confused as of my options right now.

I will be taking a 78 hours ny state salesperson class from Jan. to Feb. and getting that certificate. however, my parents are planning to move to CA in march, it's not sure yet but they might.

I was just wondering if someone could help me here with my options.

If i end up moving to CA by march, would my NY state real estate salesperson license help me in any way, or can i take the 78 hours class here but the exam there? or if i take the exam here as well and get the certificate, would it prove to be beneficial in CA in any way possible?

please help me with this questions! Thank you soo much!!

Your NY one is worthless in CA, as are the classes.

For CA you need to take the CA classes, the test in CA and be hired by a CA broker in order to have a valid license.
