I am thinking the money will clear the bank overnight and be in my account and available to be wired the next day, but I don't know what happens at a real estate closing to know if this is possible.
I just got off the phone with the attorney. He said because of laws in Virginia, it would probably be two days. I guess laws in different states have an effect on the process.

It may take longer than that.  How is it being deposited into your account?
