Ok I know we are in this recession and everything is going to crap but is now the time to buy? I mean real estate around here is so cheap! a $60,000 house right now is going for $18,000! I mean we are all feeling the pinch but should we invest in properties and stocks that are potentiality gonna get government assistance?

What is everyone's input?
