Agreed to buy house, seller didn't send paperwork?

I found a house, submitted an offer, the bank (seller) countered, and I verbally accepted right before the holiday. The seller agent said they would send over the final paperwork to sign and would mark the home as "pending" in the listing. However, I haven't received any paperwork, the listing is still active, and now the seller is not returning my calls. What should I do?

Call the real estate agents office or go to the bank. It sounds like someone made a mistake and doesn't want to make good on it now.
