Suggestions of what you think if its worth it or not..

Its in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania.  Its a pretty poor town and crime rate it 6 out of 10 is is not that good. 2bed 1 bath.They want 12k for the house. Its pretty small right in the middle of town. No yard. It needs some work but not bad overall. If your familiar with Allentown it kind of like that the house.
