These are foreclosed homes, but I know that you can't buy a house & lot for that price. What is really going on here? I have tried e-mailing to the realtor listed, but I get now answer. Any info on this will be appreciated.

Post a link.  It is most likely an advertisement for a home with a tax lien against it.
