I am now having problems with the girl i bought the home from.  The home was going into forclosure,  I went to the bank and they said i could do a contract on the house.

the girls still thinks the home belongs to her.  She doesnt hold the contract, the bank does( i am paying the balance of what she owes)

I have been told by countless others that it isnt her house anymore.  I am scared and confused.. i have had a protection order on her but it doesnt seem to have done any good.

can someone just please tell me if the house is still hers and does she have a right to come over and inspect it whenever she wants and have the extra key?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you attend a closing and transfer the home into your name?  If not, the house maybe hers.
